The Ravine is owned and operated by Victoria McIntosh. Currently handles best on Netscape or Explorer, but it should work well on any browser that enables images and supports Javascript. Attractive and compatible. Made with Mac OS, Photoshop LE 5.0 and Coral Painter.

Regarding nudity, henti & sex in general:

I don't do erotica, henti, or full frontal nudity. Although I have a respect for the human form and yes, I've seen some artists pull of nude poses very tastefully, I don't do'em. Not my style, not really my interest.

Note: Occasionally I have done and may choose to do items on the bordering, suggestive side. Anything really close will be marked for those who simply have no interest, and that's fine by me. In general though, I'm trying to keep a PG site, so don't worry about comeing unexpectadly into something you really didn't want to see.

Regarding violence:

I have no intention to do anything really gory, but I'm not oppose to violent-type images either. By violent-type I mean the possibility of swords clashing, butt-kicking, gun's blazing or *very* slight amounts of blood spilling (what else is there?). Basically, it's best keep in mind that, while I haven't done much of this sort of thing as of yet, be warned, I'm not against drawing it either. It may show up in future works.

Bias:

With regards to X-men Evolution, or any other fanart where I choose to feature a particular coupling: I understand if you don't agree with my choice. I understand if you can think of 50 or so reasons why so _and_so couldn't be together. It just doesn't matter to me. So don't bother sending flames, I keep a fire extinguisher around just for putting'em out. ;-)

Of course, I'm not totally set in my ways either. If you want to hold a discussion with me on why you oppose my choices, email me and we'll talk it over. If you're the kind of person who can pull out valid points to support your theory, I welcome a good lil'chat! Just try to refrain from flameing me, either by email or via guestbook. It's a waste of time, trust me. ;-)
